Pot Company Uses Proceeds to Help Kids Taken From Undocumented Parents

A cannabis company in Oregon has teamed up with a dispensary to help kids taken from undocumented parents. Leif Goods will donate $1 for each of its chocolate bars sold at Farma during the next week. In the last six weeks, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has separated nearly 2,000 migrant children from their parents.

30 Arrested at Washington DC Marijuana Pop-Up Event

Ed. Note: Washington, DC legalized cannabis several years ago. The city council has yet to figure out regulations. If it’s legal, how can you get arrested??? I’m willing to bet that almost everyone was a person of color.
Over the weekend, police officers broke up what was described as a “marijuana pop-up event.” According to local news source WTOP, cops arrived to carry out a search warrant. It’s unclear what, exactly, the warrant was for.
